Board of Directors
Directors carry full legal responsibility under the Companies Act 71 of 2008. Board meetings are held approximately quarterly, in person in Johannesburg’s inner city and online as needed.
Board of Advisors
Advisors bring specialist expertise and are engaged on an as-needed basis – advising on specific projects, attending events, or contributing to strategic questions. No directorial legal responsibility.
