Culinary & Pastry School

The Johannesburg Culinary and Pastry School is in the old Barclays banking hall. The school was established based on a need for qualified chefs with experience in the industry.

The school runs the Conception Restaurant which serves breakfast and lunch, Monday through Saturday. The food is excellent – prepared by their finest students. It is also available for takeaway.
